Exterior Inspection

Interior Inspection

Attic and Ceilings: Check for water stains, mold, or dampness indicating leaks.
Insulation and Ventilation: Ensure insulation is dry and ventilation is adequate to prevent moisture buildup.
Structural Components: Inspect rafters and beams for cracks, sagging, or pest damage.
